Rhythm & Groove’s Elite Programmes showcase 12-16 of our best and brightest for each team within their age categories. These are the girls who exude the highest level of finesse and potential in the sport, and will be coached under the highest attention by highly-skilled former Russian National Team gymnasts.

These gymnasts will be given countless opportunities to compete for a spot in the National Squad when they are 13 years old. Since the inception of our Elite Programme in 2019, we are proud to say that 11 of our talented girls have been chosen to represent Singapore on this squad.

Girls are challenged to the highest standards with each routine they perform and they compete with these unique FIG level choreographies on the international stage, including competitions such as the Asian Junior and World Junior Competitions.
