Intermediate
3 hour classes for girls aged 7 years and up. Classes progress selected gymnasts into the National Stages Programme & the International Age Group Programme. This class focusses on progressing gymnasts’ body difficulties & apparatus skills. This class also teaches gymnasts perseverance, empathy and learn to be responsible for herself during trainings.
This programme is very useful for gymnasts who want to transit from the local levels programme (doing fixed routines) to doing international age group programme (individually choreographed routines). The girls with their coaches will decide on music, body elements, apparatus elements as well as dance genre they would like their routines to be based on!

A progression of body difficulties would be taught such as ensuring the basics of balances, pivots and jumps are well executed to challenging each gymnast to more difficult elements that suit her body structure & flexibility.
This programme allows each gymnast to showcase her own unique individuality with individually choreographed routines to the style of music she loves!
Eligible Competitions: Stage 1-3 or Level 6-7 at Local competitions (National Championships), Age group competitions at International Competitions

$250 / month 1 session a week
