ELITE PRE-JUNIOR COACH

Sara Ogiso is Rhythm & Groove’s Elite Team coach that has come from Japan with a wealth of knowledge & experience. As a gymnast, she has competed for Japan at the 2010 Youth Olympic Games and placed 4th in the Group Event Category. Her accolades also include ranking 1st at Asian Junior Championships for the group event in 2010, ranking 1st All Around in Nationals for High School for Group Event in 2011-2012, ranking 3rd in Japan for All Around Individual in 2012.

Her coaching experience before being the coach for Rhythm & Groove’s Elite Team since April 2019 include coaching: Singapore’s National Developmental Team (May 2017 – March 2019) and Rose City Rhythmic - Oregon, USA (2016, 2018).

Coach Sara is world class when it comes to her apparatus techniques and is detailed with her choreographies. She has proven to challenge every gymnast and help every gymnast improve that comes her way.
